We need an in-home babysitter/caregiver for our 5 month old son roughly 8 hours a week, but schedule could vary week to week. Parents will be present in the home, but work remotely. This role will be to supervise developmentally appropriate playtime, prepare and feed bottles, change diapers, and put him down for a nap. The ideal candidate for us would be a good communicator who is willing to get to know our baby well and adapt care style to his needs. Trustworthiness and punctuality are important as we need to be careful of disruptions to work and value his safety above all else. Infant experience important. Willing to consider any/all compensation requirements and other accommodations.
