The babysitter plays, engages in educational activities, and supervises meals and snacks. The role includes monitoring safety, assisting with homework, and ensuring a nurturing environment. Candidates should offer a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and previous experience with children. A background check may be required. Flexibility in start time is ideal.
