Kind, Organized Nanny / Household Manager Needed for Busy, Fun-Loving Family (20–25 hrs/week)

Hi! We’re a family of four with two sweet, energetic, and adventurous boys. Our oldest is entering 3rd grade, and need help with after-school care—school pickup and getting him to activities (all within 2 miles). As well as light home management. We would LOVE to come home to happy kids and a calm, tidy home!
We’re hoping to find someone warm, patient, and engaging who enjoys connecting with kids. Familiarity with OT approaches is a big plus!
Responsibilities include:
• School pickup + activities
• Homework help & staying organized
• Fun, social after-school time
• Laundry, dishes, light tidying
Our youngest (5) may need occasional help. Flexible July start → consistent fall schedule. 1099 to start, W-2 possible.
Requirements
- Preschool-age experience
- School-age experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
- Bedtime
- Sick care
