I'm looking for a few sitters who genuinely enjoys kids, are dependable, warm, and playful. There’s lots of open play, outdoor time, crafts, meals, and just generally helping keep everyone safe, happy, and the space clean. You must also be comfortable setting clear expectations and boundaries with children while still being warm and kind. Scheduling is super flexible and can work really well around school, another job, travel, etc., and there’s room to take on more hours/responsibility if you end up loving it.
