One evening weekly and one overnight every 6 weeks. Children ages and genders unknown until placement. I must have a Pathways Certified Respite Provider on file before I can be certified as a Foster Parent. I will assist with out of pocket costs to get you certified.

Respite Provider requirements to certify with Pathways Foster Agency (this would be done through them):
-Application
-Drivers License & Social
-Background / FBI Check
-TB Test
-Pathways Policy Acknowledgement
-Pre-Service 3 (online- instructor lead)
-EBIT (online- instructor lead)
-CPR/First Aid - Child Care
-Psychotropic Medications (online)
-Sexual Abuse Training (online)
