Seeking Responsible Babysitter for Preschooler on Weekdays

Hello!! I am a nurse looking for a sitter that can watch my 4 year old son 3 to 4 nights a week at my home from 5 pm to 6:30 am. I would need the sitter to give my son dinner and get him ready for bed. He goes to bed around 8 pm. I have a guest bedroom that you can go to sleep!
I am also looking for a sitter that will charge me a flat rate instead of hourly. I live in the Converse, TX area.
