I have a little one coming this spring! We are so blessed to have family in the area that are going to step up to help when my maternity leave ends. If my family has to be out of pocket (an occasional trip, sick day, etc.) I am wanting to have someone or multiple someones on standby in the area that I could reach out to for the occasional help.

I typically work 8:30-4:30! I would be totally open to talking compensation rates based on if it would be one day of help, a few consecutive days, and how short of notice I need the help (I am hoping to be able to be able to plan ahead for these things as best as I can)! I would love for someone to come to my home to be with my littlest one.
