We're a family in Leander, TX looking for a warm, reliable mother's helper for our 2.5-year-old.

This is a support role: a parent will be home while you help, so this is an extra set of hands, not solo childcare.

What you'll help with:
- Play — age-appropriate play, reading, and outdoor time
- Help with snacks and simple meals
- Help with diaper/toileting and nap routines
- Tidy play areas and toys, and help with light child-related tasks like dishes and laundry
- Keep routines calm, safe, and consistent

What we're looking for:
- Experience with toddlers
- Patient, energetic, and reliable
- CPR/First Aid preferred, or willing to obtain
- References and a background check required
