We are looking to have date nights (generally after 8:30pm until 12:00pm) once or twice a month. Looking for a sitter who has experience with multiple kids as we have 3. We usually put them to bed before leaving so the sitters primary responsibility is being around if they need anything.

Initially we would have sitter come in a few times and spend time with the kids to build trust and get familiar with them.
