We are seeking a compassionate, responsive, experienced part-time nanny for our 8-month-old while mom works from home. This role has the potential to nanny share with a 1 year old. The ideal candidate understands and implements attachment-parenting principles, fostering emotional responsiveness and a secure bond. Responsibilities include preparing/disinfecting bottles/pump parts, feeding, changing diapers, nap routines, engaging playtime (including outdoors), light clean-up, children's laundry, and organizing. Qualifications include 1+ year recent infant experience, 2+ year’s total nanny experience, current CPR, professional references, and safe vehicle/clean-driving record.
