Kids: 3 (ages almost 4, 8, 11). Schedule: weekdays, consistent 4-8 PM; aiming 3+ days/week (flexible). Through the school year; possible summer with camp-time shifts.

Role: Parent working from home, but you can confidently run the 4-8 PM block.

Duties: homework check + next-day prep, play/crafts (clean up after), reset kid messes (toys/books), watch 1-2 while other at activities. Driving to nearby activities (10-15 min) is a bonus.

Style: we care about kindness, consistency, and helping kids stay on track with routines. Minimal screens (max 1 x 30-min episode).
