We are looking for an after-school helper for our three kids in Pre-K, 4th grade, and 7th grade. Schedule is generally 4:00-8:00 PM on weekdays, targeting 3+ days per week.

A parent will usually be home, but we want someone comfortable taking the lead on the afternoon routine: homework help, organizing school items for the next day, creative/play time, and cleaning up kid-related messes. We want someone who can manage three different ages, keep things moving, and help the kids build good routines and independence.

Reliable transportation is preferred; occasional short drives to nearby activities may be helpful.
