I would like to establish a babysitter my kids know and are comfortable with for when I do have busier work days (couple Fridays a month). I work from home and now that I have a 2nd child (2 months and 2 years), my work days can become overwhelming. Once I find a good match, I would like to try an evening where my husband and I can go out on a date without our kiddos or using Grandma as a sitter.
