We have a 4 year old who is super energetic and loves arts and crafts and being active and a 10 month old who is pretty self sufficient but occasionally wants to snuggle. We have a 3 year old lab pit mix who thinks she is a lap dog.

I work nights and my husband works days. Most of the time our sitter will only be looking after our youngest since our 4 year old is in preschool during the week. I will be home but sleeping. Our oldest will obviously need care on weekends when we are both working. There is the potential for occasional date nights.
