My 6-year-old son is incredibly sweet, sensitive and curious. He's in the stage where Lego is life. My 4-year-old daughter is the spunk/spice of the family. She is advanced beyond her age and loves all things pink, stuffies and kitties. Both bring so much joy to others through silliness and laughter.
My kids need to be picked up from their schools and cared for until I get home from work.

My son is a little behind with reading so someone experienced with early childhood development is a plus.

The attention should be on them at all times and not someone distracted on their phone.
