Full-time single father seeking reliable caregiver for my daughters (11 & 14) who are independent and active in sports. Need coverage during business travel (2-3 days, twice per quarter) and occasional evenings for work/personal events.

The girls are self-sufficient with homework and bedtime. They primarily need transportation to school activities, plus adult supervision when I'm unavailable.
