looking for a reliable, organized, and polished personal/event assistant to help me in Charlottesville, Virginia from Thursday 27 August to Saturday 29 August.
This would suit a UVA student or local person with strong communication skills. Some event, hospitality, or admin experience would be ideal.
Role details:
Thursday 27 August, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Preparation day for the main event. like errands, making sure everything is ready for Friday.
Friday 28 August, 9:00 am to midnight
Main event day. supervising vendors, event setup and support throughout the day and evening.
Saturday 29 August, 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Post-event and personal assistant support and accompany to an event.
