Seeking energetic/fun yet firm caregiver for our 3 children in McLean/Arlington. We have a 9 yo boy in 4th grade, a 7 yo girl in 2nd, and a 5 yo boy in preschool. Duties include: preparing snacks, driving kids to sports / activities, helping with homework/piano practice, enforcing chores and clean up after play and meals, supporting w discipline if needed.
Hours 3:30-6:30 pm M-F. Opportunity to start at 2pm to help with home admin activities (errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, overseeing vendors). Also option to stay later if needed. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys kids and teaches/models how to be kind, respectful, and resilient. Education experience a plus!
