Hello! We are seeking a reliable, patient, caring babysitter for 2 toddlers. Care needed for date nights, daytime appts, & occasional longer day/weekend shifts. MUST BE AVAILABLE LATE NIGHTS i.e. 9PM-2AM ON FRIS & SATS, SUN 10AM-4PM AND WOULD LOVE ON WEDS OCCASIONALLY AS WELL. THIS WOULD BE 1-2 TIMES A MONTH ON WEEKENDS/WEDS. MORE OFTEN WOULD BE WKDAY 8AM-12PM FOR MY DR APPTS. We encourage engaging, age-appropriate activities like walks, backyard or indoor play (toys + crafts). For longer shifts, outings like VA Living Museum (membership provided) or playgrounds.
Our parenting style is calm, respectful, & focused on emotional guidance. We value kindness, patience, clear communication, & firm but gentle boundaries (no yelling). Our 3yo may test limits so consistency with him is key.
