On call / regular babysitter for 21 month old boy and 5 year old girl

Job description:
• On call babysitter for 21 month old boy and 5 year old girl
• You choose your on call days
• Additional scheduled days/times for appointments and outings
Location:
• In our farmhouse in Newport, VA
• 15 min drive from Virginia Tech
Pay:
• $2/hr on call while doing whatever you want at your home or around town
• $15/hr when actually babysitting at my house
How the on-call hours work:
• 12 hr shifts from 8am-8pm. We can do split shift 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm. You will have 20 mins from when I call you to arrive at my house
• Will need to be able to pick up 5 year old from school if I am called in
