In need of an Autism/spec needs aid to help me when my aggressive 15 y/o son has episodes. He does not have episodes every day or every other day... but when he does, I need someone to have my back. Must have exp. Pay depends on certifications as our insurance pays. Times are flexible but M-F is preferred. It will probably be a pretty boring job unless he has episode episodes and pretty easy money, tbh. Thank you for considering helping a mom who desperately wants to be able to keep her son at home. He is such a sweet boy 95% of the time. We are currently working on coping skills and regulating emotions through therapy. Must have your own car and be able to obtain access to Quantico.
