We're looking for a reliable babysitter to care for our three young kids for occasional date nights (maybe twice a month). We have a 5-year-old son with autism, a 2-year-old son, and a 1-year-old daughter.

Our 5-year-old has been receiving ABA therapy and other support services for almost 3 years. He's mostly independent with everyday activities and about 95% potty trained, but may need some additional support and guidance. We prefer someone with experience with autism or other special needs who's patient and comfortable supporting him when needed.

Our sitter should be comfortable managing a busy household. We have a backyard playground the kids love, as well as two large pit bulls who are extremely friendly and gentle, so you must be comfortable around large dogs. You'll also need your own car.

The start date is flexible. Responsibilities mainly include supervising and playing with the kids, helping with meals, naps or bedtime, and their usual routines as needed.
