We're seeking an organized, proactive individual to support a single mom and her three active boys (4th, 6th, and 9th grade) in an ADHD-friendly home. This role focuses on academic planning, executive functioning support, habit development, calendar coordination, and device oversight. You'll work with mom to reinforce routines, accountability systems, and age-appropriate tech use while helping the boys build independence.
Responsibilities include weekly check-ins with each child, driving (mileage reimbursed), light cooking, medication distribution (mom-managed), and comfort with 3 dogs. ~25 hrs/week, Mon–Fri. Summer start preferred for co-training. Reliable transportation required.
