​Job Description:
I am seeking a highly reliable, professional nanny to assist with my two elementary school-aged sons, Evitan and Cian. This role is focused on a precise morning transport routine and safe afternoon transitions.
​Compensation:
​Flat Rate Pay: To ensure the caregiver is fairly compensated for the early morning window, I am offering a negotiated flat rate per morning rather than an hourly wage.
​Afternoon Pay: Negotiated separately based on the selected afternoon option (Bus meet-up vs. School pickup).
​Morning Schedule (Monday – Friday):
​Transition Window: 5:15 AM – 5:30 AM (Finalized based on drive time to school).
​School Drop-off: 6:00 AM sharp at Centennial Elementary.
​Role Details: The children will be prepped and ready for the day by the transition time.
​Arrangement Options: I am open to either arriving at your home for drop-off or having you arrive at mine.
​Afternoon Schedule (Monday – Thursday):
​Typical Window: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
​Structure: Flexible options including school bus drop-off at your home (if local) or my home, or direct school pickup. Supervision required until my arrival (approx. 4:30–5:30 PM).
​Requirements:
​Reliable Transportation: Safe, insured vehicle and a clean driving record.
​Strict Punctuality: My 6:00 AM work start time makes the morning transition non-negotiable
