We have two kids 12 months old (male), and 26 months old (female). The job is that of a mothers helper. The parent will take the lead and do all of the bathing, food prep, feeding and putting to bed. The babysitters job is to assist as needed and help keep the kids safe. The reason for hiring a sitter is to lower the load and stress in the evenings. They both go to the same daycare near the house. One of the parents picks them up and they come back home around 5:30pm. Due to the young age of the kids, we need a babysitter to help the parent with the kids evening duty. Schedule: At 6pm they eat dinner. At 7pm the 12 month old goes to bed. The 26f goes to bed at 9pm.
