We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Nanny to care for our 3.5 year-old daughter. Schedule is very flexible.
Ideal Candidate
• Proactive & Experienced: You understand what a 3-year-old is capable of learning and come prepared with a "plan for the day."
• Trust-Builder: We prefer to keep activities "close to home" (yard, neighborhood walks) for the first 2 weeks as we build the trust. We look forward to transitioning to park trips once mutual trust is established.
• Communicative: We are a hands-on family and are always available for questions. We believe it is better to check in with us for a minute than to struggle through a difficult moment alone.
