School pick required for kids (3 and 6 years)

Family of 4, with two daughters 3 and 6 years. No pets. Schools with in 1 mile radius of 98008.
Need a sitter to pick up kids from schools( 5 mins drive) at 3:45 and 3:55 and get them home. At home help with giving them snacks or with light house keeping. Need M- Thursday 3:30 pm- 4:30 pm
