Part time sitter for a 4-year old and sometimes for 4 & 6.5 year old.

We have a 4 and 6 year old. We are interested in help to enable us to work from home easier as well as to be able to go to dinner without the kids.
We want someone who is able to put their phone somewhere out of reach, so they can engage the kid(s) with focus. The main expectation is that we want our kids kept safe and away from screens during sitter time.
Our family schedule is flexible. We are interested in some care for both kids 3:30 PM-6 PM on some weekdays, and/or care for the 4 year old during the day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Wednesdays.
