Hi! My wife and I live in Fircrest with our 3 kids: S (3yo girl-sweet, hilarious, fully potty trained) and 1yo twins V (girl) and J (boy). The twins are just starting to walk and talk. We have a large playroom & kids rooms. My wife commutes to Seattle 2 days/week, and I'm in real estate with a flexible schedule. I've been the primary caregiver, but work is picking up, so we're seeking help ~3 days/week, 6 hrs/day (can be flexible).We each have home offices and can stay out of the way—our presence varies day to day. We also have a wonderful 7yo German Shepherd who's great with kids and low-maintenance. Kids still nap daily. Main duties: feeding, changing the twins, playing, and nap time.
