About the role: We're looking for a dependable, warm helper for our two daughters (11 and 5) and household, Monday–Thursday. The first part of the shift (2:00–3:45) is household prep — laundry, tidying, getting dinner started — before the girls get home from school. From 3:45 on, it's all about them: homework, a snack, playtime, and getting them set up for a smooth next morning — clothes picked out, breakfast decided, homework packed, lunch prepped. We want someone the girls genuinely like having around and who takes pride in doing both the home side and the kid side well.
