Hi. I’m looking for early morning help getting kids ready for school and drop-off with two kids, 11yrs and 3yrs. The kids grandma currently helps out and I’m looking to establish a routine with someone else to take the load off grandma. I’m flexible in terms of the start date and days of the week as we establish a new routine. Reliability is very important since mornings can be busy time.
