I have about 27 yrs of experience. I just love, love, love, babies and children, and have worked with all ages, from newborns to teenagers! I have 15 units of Child Development. I have worked at a daycare and for LA and Pasadena Unified School Districts and because of this, I consider myself an infant and toddler teacher because I gained a lot of experience as one. I have a lot of fun and exciting age-appropriate learning activities that the children enjoy! I know and teach some baby signs and Spanish to the children that I work with. I also teach phonics and other pre-reading/reading skills along with sight words, digraphs, and blends. I also teach beginners addition and subtraction in a fun way! So the children that I work with are always smarter and ready for preschool and/or kindergarten.

I have a background in theater so I love being silly with children and helping to nurture their creative side! I also love being active outdoors and playing sports with the kids if that's what they're interested in. I'm a very open and easy-going person so I tend to connect with kids quickly. I have experience looking after children of all ages and I absolutely love making them laugh and have fun! I also have experience dealing with behavioral problems and I am more than capable of keeping them on a strict schedule if you like. I really enjoy teaching and I would absolutely tutor your kids if they need help with homework or just with classes in general.
