Hi! My name is Danielle Fobar and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Utah studying health society and policy. I am 19 years old and have lived in Utah for about a year and a half now. Before Utah, I lived in San Jose, California my whole life. I love children and have been babysitting and nannying since I was 14, but have not had the time since I've been to Utah. I finally have a schedule that allows me to and I am so excited! I've watched children who were a variety of ages ranging from eight weeks to thirteen years old and consider myself very responsible ever since high school. I was able to hold a job throughout high school, while babysitting on the weekends and nannying in the summer, and keep my grades while also being responsible for my horse who I adopted when I was 13. I love helping kids learn and want them to have fun, but will make sure that any responsibilities they may have come first. While I like to make sure I keep things fun while I am watching your kids, safety is something that is very important to me. I am CPR certified and consider myself pretty vigilant, so I will do everything in my power to make sure your kids are safe and happy while in my care.

Hi! My names Josey and I’m a local here in Santa Cruz. I am attending courses at Cabrillo and have received degrees in Early childhood Education, Health Sciences, and Liberal Arts & Sciences with an emphasis in Interdisciplinary Studies, all with honors. I did volunteer work with Cowells junior guards as a captain. The captains help the instructors with the junior guards (ages 5-12). I was certified in lifeguard training, first aid, CPR and AED. I taught swim lessons, all ages but mostly ages 2-8. Toddlers are so much fun! I also did childcare and little guards. Little guards and swim lessons were really fun because I got to know the children. By the end of the sessions, we would be laughing and playing around together. I worked with Head Start as a part time teachers assistant. Prior to being part time, I was working on call. I have had the opportunity to work with children from 6 months - 6 years with Head Start. After leaving Head Start, I worked at Coastal Community Preschool in the toddler classroom. I sometimes return to the school as a sub. I've worked as a nanny and babysitter off and on throughout my life. When I am with the children, they receive my undivided attention. When there is down time, I am more than happy to take care of household chores. I am comfortable working with all ages. This past year I have had the joy of increasing my infant care experience. I was recently re-certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid. I have completed my Title 22 requirements for working with children.
