I have worked for over 15 years as a babysitter and tutor in residential homes. As a babysitter and mommy assistant I have gained countless hours of experience working with children ages 1 to 7. Working with such large numbers of young children has taught me a lot about care taking. During this time I have also held mommy helper positions for families with children of all ages. I regularly babysit for a family with 4 children all under the age of 8, as well as a family with a preteen-aged children. I have also babysat for numerous other families over the past 6 years. Additionally, I have a 6-year-old and 12 year old step brothers with fetal alcohol syndrome who I have helped to take care of and babysit throughout their therapy and life. Although having such young siblings it can be exhausting at times, I love spending time with children and watching them grow up!
