Currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education at Western State Colorado University. I have been active in elementary classrooms and love to engage with children of all ages. I have over 8 years of both formal and informal experience with children of all ages. I have worked with special needs teens, including those with autism spectrum disorder and Down syndrome, at Adams Camp, an overnight week-long camp; along with working as a Paraprofessional for special needs students in White Bear Lake School District. Kids love me because I give them my complete focus, am very hands on, enthusiastic and make them feel important. I interact with them through sports, games, crafts, humor and whatever activities they enjoy. I am not a smoker, have an excellent driving record, and very dependable.
