Being the oldest of 5, I grew up babysitting on the regular. However I started to do paid work in early high school for a family with three children. I would also do side jobs with different families. When I was 18 I went to China to be an Au Pair (live in nanny that helps with cultural learning) for the summer. Now at 23, this past year I’ve been a full time nanny for a wonderful family. I started with the son since he was eleven months old. They are sadly moving away which is why I’m seeking a new job. I have cared for a 3 year old for a year until i obtained a new job and was unable to watch her. I also cared for 3 girls ages 3,5, and 7 for a couple months but because they were all moving again, at the time, i was unable to move as well. I do have my own son he is 20 months old currently.

I'm a college student at UConn studying Physiology and Neurobiology, and I will be graduating in a few semesters. I am also a certified EMT. I have lots of unique experience with kids, since I have helped teach at my family's karate studio for over 10 years. Hi my name is Rebecca, I am a certified nurses assistant and I have worked the medical field for over 15 years. I've been trained in CPR and First Aid. I have worked on a pediatric unit of a specialty care hospital for 15 years taken care of infants through adolescence. At 15 years old my first time babysitting, I helped in given continued care to a beautiful baby boy who had been discharged from the NICU. I was a full time babysitter for my friend's baby girl from infant through 12 years old. I also help raise my sister's daughter, my beautiful niece.
