I have worked on a pediatric unit of a specialty care hospital for 15 years taken care of infants through adolescence. At 15 years old my first time babysitting, I helped in given continued care to a beautiful baby boy who had been discharged from the NICU. Being the oldest of 5, I grew up babysitting on the regular. However I started to do paid work in early high school for a family with three children.
