My absolute favorite part of being a nanny is the ability to be an integral part of a child's development. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child grow and progress while in my care. I have more than three years of hands-on experience in babysitting with different families and agencies. Once I turned thirteen my first babysitting gig was watching my one year old cousin at the time and there I found my potential of looking after children’s needs. The longest I’ve ever been with a family is three years and that discontinued because they moved to a different state.
