A bit about me, Holly Tibbetts: Before working as an Executive Assistant to a retired Doctor & business owner, I was the Coordinating Manager for a private, in-home care company. We cared for all ages alike; infants, mentally challenged youth, seniors & even pregnant mothers. I managed a staff of 225 caregivers & roughly 500 clients. I was trained thoroughly to relieve caregivers from any overly difficult situations, and take over in case of emergency. Prior to that, I was a nanny to a family of three (2 infant twins and 3 year old) Each of them had their own learning challenges and we all grew right through them.
