I've never been a 'professional caregiver'..in other words I've never been paid for taking care of kids, However, I have taken care of many- from nephews and nieces to friends and neighbors. Perhaps more importantly- I have 3 of my own, and one just left this year for college. The other 2 are a 14 year old girl that went back to school this year, and there's my 8 year old son. He has high functioning autism (Asperger's) and adhd, but instead of medicating him I chose to homeschool. Which was all good monetary wise until this summer when his father decided to leave the state for work, so now it's just a bit tight. That being said, I came across this site while searching for a part time on Indeed and thought it would be a fantastic option since my kids are the most important thing in the world Read more to me- I know how other mothers feel when needing care for their own children. The only time restrictions I have are dropping my daughter off at 8 and picking back up at 3:30. Of course I have a driver's license and a car (not the best looking, but it's reliable, lol). That's about it I guess, but will be happy to answer any and all questions.
