Prior to them I was with a family in Texas who have 2 little girls. They were ages 2.5 years old and 5 months old when I started. I worked for a year with them. I have other references from Illinois as well. My son used to go to work with me and I was lucky to find families who were kind enough to allow that. Now he is in school all day so its not longer a neccesity but I still would like to find families who wouldnt mind if i needed to for all the random days off of school, however I know it's not for everyone so I would understand and have care for him. I've cared for all ages from 6 weeks old to 14 years. I've also worked in a daycare in the infant room and toddler room. Helping to care for 12-20 kids at once. I enjoy doing crafts with the kids and going outside. I have my own reliable car and am non smoking. I also enjoy taking care of pets so if you have any that's not a problem. Hi! I’m Charlotte. I’ve been working with kids as long as I can remember and I am extremely passionate about protecting the minds of our future. I believe that it is our responsibility to help guide the next generation and create a space where they feel nurtured and loved so that they grow up into strong and capable individuals. I am a firm believer in the power love has in a persons life and not only do I want to make sure that each child has their needs met, I am big on protecting the love of family with the kids. I am not here to be a mother but an aide. I am very protective of the relationship between a mother and child and it is something I do not wish to hinder but rather strengthen. I have done babysitting for multiple homeschool co-op when I was still in high school. I nannied for a summer while the kids were home from school. On top of working for a couple new moms as a mother’s helper so that they could bond with their baby. My senior year, I started working as a part time nanny/mother’s helper. I had been with the family for four years until they moved this past July. That became full time work after I graduated and included Montessori education, nature studies and homeschooling different subjects. I had four kids spanning from 8yrs to 3 months old.
