Hi! My name is James, I'm (almost) 19 years old and go to the University of Illinois. I spent last summer working day camps at the Children's Discovery Museum, working with kids from ages 5-10. I have multiple years of leadership experience from high school and absolutely love spending time with kids (and animals). I want to start babysitting in order to work with kids more individually. I have been providing care as a 'date night' sitter for over 15 years. I currently own an in-home daycare which has been in operation for 7 years now. Prior to the home daycare I worked in the infant room at a local daycare facility. I am a first time mother of an almost 2 year old and loving every moment of it. Throughout all of my childcare experience I have cared for infants as young as a newborn and children as old as 8 years. I have cared for 7 infants (8 months to 15 months) at one time, my aid at the daycare facility wasn't being too helpful that day. I find I do best with the younger children, but I love children of all ages.
