Hi everyone! My name is Abby and I love working with kids! I’m a college student at IU Indy for early childhood education and development. I worked at a daycare for well over a year and have been babysitting since I was 13. I primarily work with younger kids (newborns-7 years) but I definitely will work with any age. I’m CPR certified, first aid certified, and safe sleep certified! My rate starts at $20 a hour for one child and it’s an extra $5 a hour for every child more. Hi There! My brief description would be I'm a fun-loving babysitter. I simply enjoy spending time with children. I pride myself on being able to play and act goofy with the kids, yet still have them listen and respect me. I began my journey in Childcare at a daycare on the southside of Indianapolis called Little Rebels where I worked with older infants from ages 1-2 and toddlers between the ages 3-5. From there I moved to an Early Childhood Education administration for St. Francis and Clare Middle School where I worked with infants (ages 3mo-11mo) and toddlers (ages 2-3) on a daily basis. The 2022-2023 school year I worked at St Jude school as a Resource teacher until I left for maternity leave for the summer. The root of my passion towards children began at home with my four nieces that range from 2-8 years old and they are my world! I gained all of my experience helping out and watching them grow. I had my first born son at the beginning of June 2023 and love learning and watching him grow everyday. I love taking children to interactive & fun activities such as the park, zoo, plays, etc. But I can also spend the day at home coloring, dancing, and playing. It's very easy for me to connect with kids. Keeping the child's well-being  is something I take very seriously. I'm a healthy balance of an easy going/patient attitude, and assertive when needed.
