I am able to provide care in your home. As a disabled veteran, I have access to Fort Riley. I am a retired federal employee wanting to care for children. I love interacting with children; playing, singing, teaching, and doing arts and crafts. I have worked with children at schools, daycares, Girl scouts and churches. I have been a nanny for multiple families over the past 10 years working full-time for several months at a time. I mostly do occasional care and have been a care provider for several families in the Junction City, Ft Riley, Manhattan and Ogden area for over 10 years.

I love working with kids because it reminds me of how amazing and exciting the world can be. I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old. I started working with kids of special needs about 4 years ago. I have been working with infants for about 4 years as well and since then I have been working with children of all ages. In my spare time, I like to volunteer with the special needs community along with local events. When I'm not volunteering I enjoy reading and studying. One thing you should know about me is I work well with children that have special needs, and work well with larger groups of children. My skills include patience, enthusiasm, compassion and empathy.

I became a caregiver because I’ve always had a passion with helping children. I used to be a teacher at KinderCare before I was pushed out. Due to over staffing, so I decided to go back to offering childcare. I’ve helped multiple parents with potty training. Their kids go home learning new things, knowing how to sing their ABC’s knowing how to count knowing how to do stuff that most kids aren’t able to do.

Hi, I’m Makayla! I’m a college student who has been babysitting for over 7 years and have cared for kids of all ages, from infants to school-aged children. Right now, I regularly watch a 10-month-old, so I’m very comfortable with diapers, bottles, nap schedules, and keeping little ones happy and safe. I also love spending time with older kids—whether it’s helping with homework, getting them to and from school, or just making the day fun with games and activities. Families can count on me to be dependable, patient, and positive. I know how important it is to create a safe, caring environment, and I always try to bring a lot of energy and flexibility to the job. My schedule works best in the mornings before 11 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays for school drop-off, or after 1 p.m. on those days for the rest of the day. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I’m available after 11:45 a.m., and on Wednesdays specifically I can stay until 4:30 p.m.

I am a caring young woman with lots of experience and drive in life. I work hard, give 100% at everything I do. I believe hard work, determination and having faith can help you accomplish just about anything. Children have always been a part of my life and I started caring for my two younger siblings from a very young age. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and I'm attending graduate school in the fall for a masters degree in marriage and family therapy. I’ve been an au-pair for twin boys for two years through the company Au-Pair in America and then changed to a nanny for them while attending school. The twins were 8yrs old when I started and they are 23 yrs old now. It's an honor to see how they've grown to be extraordinary young men. My job description for the twins were; getting them up for school, making lunches, tidy up the kitchen after breakfast, sometimes preparing dinners, doing their laundry once or twice a week, changing their sheets once a week, cleaning their rooms once a week, driving them to school, picking them up from school, making sure they have healthy snacks, driving them to activities sometimes till 9pm, organizing play dates, supervising homework, supervising play dates when they invite a friend or two over, taking them to recreational activities on some weekends, playing with them in the back yard, playing back yard sports, doing creative activities with them like, art, cooking (following a recipe), baking (following a recipe), and even reading with them when they were younger.During the summers I drove the twins to their different camps daily and I also volunteered in a musical theatre they participated in for three years by being assistant director/prop designer. As you can see I stay active and I’m a dedicated worker and I like to be flexible with my schedule so as to fit the family’s needs. Currently I’m a part time nanny for a two school age girls and my responsibilities for them is basically the same as the above. On the weekends I occasionally babysit for a family with a boy and girl and we have a lot of fun when their parents go out for the evening. I also volunteer at a church school as an Art teacher on Sundays during the school year. Then occasionally I do charity runs as a hobby.

Hi! I am currently a part time nanny with teaching experience and a bachelors degree in studio art and education. I work for a family with 3 children (1,5,7). I stopped my full time nanny position to focus more on my love of art but still work part time for the family. I have over 8 years of experience in child care including camp counselor, preschool teacher, private tutor, and nannying. I have experience with ages 3months and up including overnight 24/7 infant care.. I am extremely kind, patient, trustworthy, and genuinely love being around children.

I have always loved working with children which is why I am currently earning my elementary education degree. I have worked at a daycare primarily in the infant and toddler rooms. Currently, I am a paraprofessional at an elementary school while also working at a daycare with children ranging from infants to second grade. I am CPR certified and have done a lot of other training for the school where I work. I really enjoy working with children and helping them grow. I am good at time management and I have a lot of patience.
