Hi, I’m Brianna! I’m 28 and have 8 years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I began as a toddler teacher at Bright Horizons in 2017 and later transitioned to working full-time with private families. I’m CPR/First Aid certified and Early Childhood Education certified. Families know me as reliable, patient, and compassionate. Outside of childcare, I enjoy traveling, pilates, painting, and spending time with my 4-year-old pup, Polo. I have strong references and a résumé available upon request, and I’d love to connect to discuss how I can support your family.

Hello there, I am an experienced and educated childcare provider who has over 14 years of hands-on experience and a genuine love of children and their development. I have worked with children from birth through 17 years of age in various roles, but primarily in-home - providing support to the family unit and focusing on developmental support. I am college educated in Early Education, with a minor in special education that allows me the knowledge and experience to provide added support in the reaching of milestones and/or special challenges if they arise or become an area of concern. I have experience working with Early Intervention and can assist with Speech or Occupational concerns as well as ABA and sensory seeking behavioral supports with or without guidance. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as various allergy training certifications and a complex pediatric Diabetes training completion through the Joslin center in Boston. A clean background check, clear driving record and reputable references are available upon request. With my childcare services you can expect my willingness to commit to household management as well as pet care and to provide the absolute best and thorough attention to your bundles of joy as if they were my own. If you are looking to add a member to your childcare village, please reach out and we can set up a time to connect. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Britni

Caroline was great! Our little guy loved when she would come over and play! She was always punctual and would even bring toys and gifts to help entertain him.

I really enjoy kids! They are naturally authentic and interested in the world. I studied Math and Education in college, and got teaching experience in classrooms ranging from kindergarten to high school. I got certified to teach secondary math, and went on to do a year of Americorps service after college. I moved to Boston in 2007 and began babysitting until I figured out what was next. I enjoyed what I was doing so much that I went on to become a full time nanny the following year. I worked for three years for a family with three children- ages 2, 5, and 7 when I started. After the youngest was off to kindergarten, I took a new position, a nanny share caring for two 2-year old girls. I’ve also babysat for multiple families over the years ranging from overnights with infant twins to school vacation help for 12-year olds. I taught the preschool class at my church for 5 years as well. In October 2012, I had a daughter of my own! I began bringing her along to babysitting/ nanny positions, which worked out quite well. In 2019, after working as a nanny/ babysitter for 12 years, I transitioned to teaching. I worked as an assistant in a combined Pre-K/Kindergarten class for four years before becoming the lead teacher of a separate Pre-K class. I had another daughter in January 2024 and am currently exploring babysitting positions where I can bring my 2-year old daughter along, especially in the summer months when I’m not teaching.

Your infant, your child, is unique. That uniqueness is what fuels my passion for childcare. I love learning and discovering each child's personality, likes, dislikes, interests, curiosity, eventually hobbies and passions. For me it's fun to engage with a child based on those unique qualities. I have extensive experience with infants, even twins, and I'm a former high school/middle school teacher, so I have experience with older kids, too. My education experience has made me especially adept at interesting kids in outdoor and non-screen activities. Both my grad and undergrad degrees were in English, and I've taught English, ESL (English as a Second Language), and Spanish. I enjoy tutoring and am willing to help children with homework if desired. Currently a Special Ed teaching assistant, I do have some experience with children with special needs though am not certified. I am willing to provide care for children with special needs when parents feel I'm a good fit for their child. Recently re-certified in CPR and First Aid, I am up to date on Covid vaccinations/boosters and am an excellent driver. If I sound like I may be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you! Best regards, Liz

I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy building relationships with children and becoming someone they feel safe, supported, and excited to spend time with. Watching kids grow in confidence, creativity, and independence is incredibly rewarding to me. Whether we’re doing crafts, playing outside, helping with homework, or winding down at bedtime, I strive to create a calm, positive, and fun environment where children feel heard and valued. I also love supporting families and being someone parents can fully trust and rely on. I bring several years of hands-on childcare experience. From ages 14–16, I worked as a children’s sewing teacher, leading small groups, teaching skills step-by-step, and managing classroom behavior with patience and structure. From ages 16–18, I worked as an afternoon and occasional babysitter for multiple families, caring for children of different ages. I have experience driving children safely to and from school and extracurricular activities and am comfortable managing busy after-school schedules. I have been a licensed driver for two years with a strong record of responsibility. In terms of training, I am certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Heart Association, completing the course at Needham High School. Safety is always my top priority, and I remain calm and attentive in all situations. I am responsible, organized, patient, and creative, and I take pride in being dependable and communicative with parents. I am also great with pets and happy to help care for them as part of my responsibilities.

I have extensive babysitting experience, to include raising two teenage twins. I absolutely love children and how their innocence and communication can brighten even the darkest of days! I have excellent references with families from past and present experiences, and I welcome any and all questions to ensure the comfortability of, for the lack of wording, “holding your entire world in my hands”!
