Hello dear Parents: I am seeking full time or part-time position. Also, I am available on weekends or as needed. For the last 7 years I have been caring little ones from infants to pre-kindergarteners and elementary kids. I also enjoyed thoroughly working with first time parents caring for little bundles of joy. My last experiences are 15 weeks and 4 and 2-months old babies and now are years old or in preschool. My duties as a nanny are to feed (I can prepare food from scratch) their bottles of formula or breastmilk, change diapers, put them for naps, sleep training. I also play with the baby's toys to encourage them to grasp their toys and mentioning to them the colors, names, and sounds to promote cognitive development. I also put babies in tummy time so that their neck muscles get stronger day by day for later to roll over, sit up, and crawl. I have prepared healthy meals, and I am very organized and like to be active with the kids. I also help them to get ready for bed and wait until parents arrive from work. I currently have Child Development Certification, SIDS, CPR and AED certified as well. Thanks for reading my profile. Ysabel

Hi! My name is Michaela-Joyce, and I’m a proud graduate of Howard University, where I studied Bioethics with minors in Chemistry and Political Science. Babysitting has always held a special place in my heart; it’s the one job that consistently brings joy to my day! With over seven years of experience, I’ve cared for children of all ages, from newborns to high schoolers, in a variety of settings, including private homes, daycares, and church nurseries. I also have four years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, creating tailored activities to meet their unique needs. Currently, I work at a nonprofit helping kids with mental health and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in the Prince George’s County School District. I’ve completed a background check and fingerprinting for the state of Maryland and DC as part of my job, so you can trust that I’m thoroughly vetted. I love sparking creativity through fun, innovative, and engaging activities, especially those centered around art or STEM, to keep their imagination alive. Safety is my top priority; I’m CPR, First Aid, and BLS certified and fully vaccinated, including boosters. With a flexible schedule, I’m excited to bring my nurturing, reliable care to your family. I can’t wait to connect and help create wonderful memories with your little ones!

Hello I am a 26 year old college graduate and soon to be masters student. I went to Canisius College and got my bachelors in psychology with a minor in child psych. I was a preschool teacher and currently a preschool teacher again. I have worked as a teacher (between infants and 1st grade) for over 6 years. I am an eldest sister of 6, so naturally I have always helped my parents with my siblings. One of my younger brothers is on the spectrum, so I can work with special needs children (as well as having students that have similar needs). I have been babysitting professional since 2017. I love children and aspire to become a child clinical psychologist. I love to do arts and crafts, engaging pretend play, and anything else to make sure we have a fun and safe night! I hope to be like a member of your family. I hope to hear from you soon! :)

Hi! I’m Iyana 😊 I’m a graduate student at Bowie State University with over 5 years of experience caring for children ages 4 months to 12 years. I’ve worked with infants through elementary-aged kids and also spent a year and a half teaching 8th grade, including supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism. I really enjoy babysitting because every child is different, and I love getting to know each child’s personality, interests, and routines. I’m comfortable with transportation, sleep training/bedtime routines, and I’m very pet-friendly. Some of my favorite things to do with kids are playing board games, karaoke, going on walks or hikes, and cooking together. I always aim to create a fun, safe, and relaxed environment for both kids and parents.

Bonjour! I’m a proud St. Lucian with a big heart and a passion for babysitting that blossomed when I was just 11 years old. Growing up, I helped raise my three younger siblings, who were born more than a decade after me. Those early experiences taught me patience, empathy, and how to guide little ones through every stage. From first steps to singing/sporty personalities. Watching them grow into their own identities lit a fire in me to support other children in the same way. Over the years, I’ve continued to babysit younger cousins and family friends, giving me hands-on experience with kids of various ages whenever I have time with my technical wiritng positon. I naturally gravitate toward creating a nurturing, positive environment where children feel safe, heard, and empowered. I'm especially proud of teaching manners in fun, memorable ways, and I bring calm energy and warm encouragement to every interaction. Whether we’re playing games, learning something new, or just having silly moments, I’m there with love, laughter, and genuine care.

Waiting for the world return to normal. I wanted to get back into babysitting for a while. Before the pandemic I taught Kindergarten @ Lafayette Elementary and then special education @ E.L Haynes middle school. Since I was 14 I've been helping my grandmother with her childcare business. This is not limited to changing diapers, making food cleaning toys and even more. I am certified in AED/CPR , and have been since the 10th grade in high school. I love kids and can handle more than one at a time. I have much patience with kids and I hope you find me suitable for the job.
