We hired Nicole in March ‘25 and she currently still Nannie’s for us. She was a gem we stumbled on! We were so lucky to find her. She started taking care of our babygirl at 3 months and now she’s a toddler. Nicole is compassionate, caring, nurturing and amazing with our little girl. She has read to her from day one and has worked with us for her to achieve her milestones; from helping us to teach her to roll, to tummy time, to her drinking from an open and straw cup, Nicole has helped us without crossing boundaries. She is also in tune with our girl and learned her cues which has been helpful for our babygirl too. She’s respected our schedule and followed it as well, even with the changes we make. Nicole is not just a typical nanny, she truly cares for the intellectual development of a child and we have benefitted greatly from it. I highly recommend her. I always love the updates throughout the day and the final check in when I come home. I highly recommend her!
