I just finished my 20th year as a second and third teacher. l graduated 8 years ago with my Master's in Education. I have had 20+ years of childcare experience. I have been a nanny or babysitter for over 20years. I was a babysitter starting in high school and continued on the side until college. While in college I was a nanny through Beacon Hill Nannies and lived in New York as a live in nanny. The following summers I have been a nanny in Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Cape Elizabeth,Freeport, Kennebunkport ,Scarborough and Boothbay Harbor. I have also done multiple nanny jobs in New York and throughout New England. I have been a nanny for children ages new born twins to twelve years old. I have great references as well. I currently have open availability for after-school care, school vacations, and date nights. I also will travel for weddings, events or ski resorts. I am currently starting to book traveling families for the 2025 calendar. I worked over 20 weddings in Maine the last two summers and worked for many families on vacation in hotels or homes they rented. I do have my calendar ready to start booking for next year if you know your vacation dates! I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi there. I am a recent grad of the University of Maine and am looking for part-time opportunities as a nanny or babysitter. I have a long history working with children which started in 2019 while I was finishing high school. In college I worked part-time at the Children's Dyslexia Center of Bangor, and more recently I worked as a Prevention Educator for one of Maine's Domestic Violence's Resource Centers. I prioritize the physical and emotional safety of every child I work with and always remain engaged and patient. I'm also an animal lover and am willing to help out around the house. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

I’m a recent college graduate with a passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives. Over the past two years, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for kids ages 5–12, helping them grow through creativity, learning, and play. I believe in encouraging children to be their best selves and building their confidence along the way. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always a top priority. I look forward to bringing energy, responsibility, and kindness to every family I work with!

My goal in life is to be an elementary school teacher. I'm currently in school to be one and it's going amazing. My passion is helping kids grow. I work at a daycare with ages 8 weeks to 11! I love working with all ages and have all the training and certifications to do so. I only have 3 years of experience but have made the most of that. I spend all my time staying on top of new trainings that come out so I can make sure your children have the best help they can get.

As a college graduate from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with minors in Nutrition and Wellness, and Psychology, I am currently looking for a part-time job post-graduation in the babysitting/nannying field as I have previous experience in this field. I am living in Topsham, ME and have my own car for transportation. I have been babysitting since I was 16-17 years old and have been certified through the Red Cross to do so since I was 12 years old. The ages of the children have ranged from infants to 11-12 years old. It has been a very meaningful and valuable experience for me as I want to have my own family someday. Through Endicott’s academic program, I completed Risk Assessment and Special Population classes where I learned about first aid and working with children. Last year I was a nanny for a 3-year-old boy and was responsible for transportation to and from school/activities, snack and meal prep, laundry and housekeeping, potty training, nap time, and playtime I am an animal lover as well, and have cats of my own. I love sports, movies, and music.

Hello! My name is Katherine Clancy, and I'm 22, almost 23 years old living in North Yarmouth. I just finished my first year of graduate school for Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech Pathology) and am looking for a summer job. I have many years of experience working with kids of all ages through coaching soccer, becoming a behavioral health professional, becoming a nanny for 2 families, nursing aid, and also a childcare associate. At my behavioral health professional job, I provided the students, ages 3-6, with support and direction, helping them get through their day, taught different types of learning, consisting of sight words, prepositions, peer play, following direction tasks, behavior management, coping skills, and appropriate communication. I also created a friendly, comfortable environment for them to feel welcomed and supported throughout their day. Similarly, working as a nanny for two families, I watched after and provided care for an infant and toddler, and provided care for a 3-month-old for the other family. I created age-appropriate activities for mental and physical stimulation. I also completed housekeeping duties of preparing milk/formula, cleaning dishes/bottles, laundry, and picking up around the house. As a soccer coach, I coached ages 3-15, around 8-15 kids, teaching soccer techniques, drills, foot skills, good sportsmanship, and teamwork. As a nursing aid, I worked in a health and rehabilitation center for older adults but I learned many valuable things that help my ability to be a great babysitter such as providing all residents with everyday care and support, making sure all their needs were met, creating a warm, safe environment for all residents to feel at home and comfortable by showing kindness, compassion, and individual service to each resident’s own needs, and providing all residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding as well as transferring and changing linens. During my first year of graduate school I worked with 6 clients of all different ages, providing supervised speech therapy. Specifically I provided therapy and support to individuals with communication disorders, evaluated clients' communication skills and identifying specific areas of need, developed individualized treatment goals and strategies, documented assessment findings and treatment progress and educated and supporting families about their child's communication needs. Overall I love working with kids and have lots of experience! Thanks!

Hello, my name is Savannah Kennedy and I live in the southern maine area. I have always had a passion to care and watch over children, which is what peaked my interest in nursing for the pediatric population. Currently I am a Junior nursing student at UMaine with a valid license and CPR, CNA certification. I have experience with infants to teenage ages, and can provide sick care as well as help with potty training. I also worked as a pet care taker for four years, so animals are no problem for me! I am looking for sitting opportunities for the summer, my schedule is pretty open and I am looking for either a nannying position with set days of the work or a sitter need once and a while. Please reach out if interested!

I raised 5 children and loved every minute of it. I had a home daycare for 10 years while raising my children. I am a dental hygienist by profession now and worked in a pediatric dental office for ten years. I love spending time and interacting with children. I am trained as an EMT and am current with CPR. I am hoping to supplement my income a bit while helping young families and having a little fun. Time spent with children is both rewarding and fulfilling.
