I have been a nanny or babysitter for over 20 years. I was a babysitter starting in high school and continued on the side until college. While in college I was a nanny through Beacon Hill Nannies and lived in New York as a live in nanny. The following summers I have been a nanny in Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Cape Elizabeth,Freeport, Kennebunkport ,Scarborough and Boothbay Harbor. I have also done multiple nanny jobs in New York and throughout New England. I have been a nanny for children ages new born twins to twelve years old. I have great references as well. I currently have open availability for after-school care, school vacations, and date nights. I also will travel for weddings, events or ski resorts. I have been working with young children in various ways, as a summer camp supervisor, a long-term guidance counselor in Lewiston Public Schools, and currently I am employed as a Behavioral Health Professional in Lewiston Public Schools. As a Behavioral Health Professional, I do have experience working with children who have disabilities. As I work during the regular school year, I am looking for a consistent summer job while school is out for the summer. Preferably a family who wants childcare for the duration of June-August on a set schedule. I am flexible with hourly timing on weekdays, and am available to start on June 15th (but can also be flexible with a start date). My rate and hourly timing is also flexible.
