I am known to be silly, conscientious, reliable and very compassionate. I truly enjoy being with kids of all ages and find it meaningful to help them experience the world in thoughtful, creative, playful and secure ways. I try to make things seem like an adventure and address conflicts as opportunities for growth. I am also very good with infants and have experience with sleep training. Hi! My name is Sarah and I teach 3rd grade in Lawrence, MA. Prior to teaching 3rd, I was a "Pod Teacher" for 12 students in Amesbury, MA from 2020-2021, and a graduate student while working as a 1st grade teacher from 2019-2020. The last family that I nannied for I met in February 2017 before graduating with a bachelors degree in Spanish from Saint Michael's College. The mother and father had a 15 month old daughter and a son on the way. I began nannying for them full time (Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, sometimes weekends, sometimes traveling on vacations with them). When I began my journey to become a teacher and pursue a graduate degree at Merrimack College in 2019, they fully supported me. This family has become a 2nd family to me, and I to them.
