I am known to be silly, conscientious, reliable and very compassionate. I truly enjoy being with kids of all ages and find it meaningful to help them experience the world in thoughtful, creative, playful and secure ways. I try to make things seem like an adventure and address conflicts as opportunities for growth. I am also very good with infants and have experience with sleep training. I see my job as being both a coach and a mama bear. If anything does arise I am extremely well trained, calm and focused in an emergency. I’ve been CPR and First Aid trained for over 30 years. I live in South Berwick, Maine. I worked full time at a childcare in York for the past 11 years. I just recently switched jobs to become a nanny. I currently work part time for two different families. Starting in mid November I will have availability for nannying two days a week. Hi! Since graduating from Brandeis University in 2022. I've been a pre-k teacher in Honolulu, HI. My first babysitting gig was watching my younger sister for my mom growing up. I love babysitting kids and pets because they're the best kind of company anyone can ask for. Kids are innocent, pure and can make you laugh with the things they do and the imagination they have. I currently work as a line Cook and a behavioral health professional. I work hard in the heat and stress of a kitchen while keeping a calm head. I also work with children and teenagers with neurodevelopmental disorders as a BHP, getting to know them and assisting them to achieve their life skills, and help manage behavior.
